We have been extremely pleased with Neave Décor’s services. Our venue requires seasonal décor changes throughout the year, which Neave has always excellently provided. From start to finish of every contract, they are always very responsive, on time, and able to hit the appropriate deadlines. They have always been receptive to our vision, while giving input on the best choices for us. The attention to details in their work does not go unnoticed. We have had re-decorating jobs taking long hours to complete, and we have always felt them to be professional and trustworthy while leaving them in our establishment unattended. During events, we have found them to be reliable as well, especially with decoration removal being done in an orderly and timely fashion. We will continue to use Neave Décor for all our decorating purposes.
We didn’t know what to expect when we partnered with Neave Décor. We had a poor experience with another company and didn’t have high expectations for the initial meeting. To say we were blown away is an understatement! Kathleen, the owner, presented us with multiple design options in full color diagrams. She was incredibly accommodating to our ideas and very knowledgeable about the electrical needs that our design would require. Being able to see the designs superimposed on our building and landscaping made collaborating very easy. We could point to where we wanted lights and there was no miscommunication. On the day of set-up the Neave workers were very courteous to our customers and very aware of our vehicles and active parking lot. They were friendly and very accommodating. They created exactly what we had agreed to. They were precise and cleaned up after themselves. They tested everything and made sure we were happy (we were!) before they left. When it was time to light the building, during our holiday kickoff party, Kathleen was back to make sure everything went on without a hitch – it did. We would HIGHLY recommend Neave Décor to anyone looking to shed some light on their design needs.
I wanted to say thank you. Other owners of businesses may not have taken action on a holiday weekend to help out a customer but you did! And I wanted to show my appreciation.
Amazing company! Attention to detail in everything they do, from designing new landscaping, completing the job in a timely fashion, maintaining the lawn and of course decorating for the Holidays. A big plus is they check in on all phases of the job, before and after to make sure everything is to perfection.
So happy with all the decor and incredible customer service.
My wife and I feel compelled to thank you for the snow removal company you have hired for our Regency community. They have done (and are still doing) a great job. They have worked relentlessly throughout yesterday, last night, and this morning. Their staff is thorough, meticulous, and tireless. Wonderful job! Of course, it’s even lovelier in person!! The lobby was beautiful and it was heartwarming to have employees share how happy it made them and how much it made their workplace feel like a warm family environment.
